The flame propagation in textile fabric is inversely proportional to its mass, therefore there are various fabrics that even without flame retardant treatment, pass the Cigarette Test (Ignition Source 0) and do not burn in the presence of the cigarette.
New tests were made in some of our fabrics. We inform you that TULU has a higher abrasion resistance than the one previously presented. The tests show that it has a resistance of + 70.000 cycles.
The fabrics shown below pass the test BS 5852: 2006 when the ignition source is the cigarette (Source 0):
